Open access policies

Scientia et PRAXIS is an open-access journal, meaning all of its content is freely available to users and their institutions, with no charges for access, reading, downloading, or usage. By the principles of open science, any individual is permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, link to, or otherwise use the full texts of the published articles, without prior permission from the editor or authors, provided that the use is non-commercial and complies with the stated terms of use.

To enhance accessibility and inclusion, each published article includes a complementary audiovisual resource with background music from CANVA, titled Thou Art Faithful, distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

All articles published in the journal are made available under this same license, which allows users to reuse, reproduce, adapt, and build upon the content for non-commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal. This license does not require derivative works to be licensed under the same terms, but it does require non-commercial use and proper attribution.

Authors retain full copyright over their work, granting Scientia et PRAXIS only the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate their articles by open access principles and intellectual authorship recognition.

The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0) logo is visibly displayed at the end of every published article, clearly indicating the journal’s commitment to transparency, open access, and respect for authors’ rights.
