Basic elements of review
Core Review Criteria
Reviewers at Scientia et PRAXIS assess submitted manuscripts based on the following core criteria, in alignment with the journal’s editorial approach:

Thematic relevance to the editorial axes, the innovation concepts of the Oslo Manual, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Multidisciplinary or transdisciplinary approach that integrates theory, methodology, and application.

Explicit contribution to sustainable innovation, across technological, social, economic, or environmental dimensions.

Ethical commitment and appropriate use of artificial intelligence tools, in accordance with COPE and UNESCO recommendations.

Methodological clarity and coherence, grounded in scientific justification.

Originality of the research approach, argument, and applicability.

Theoretical contribution (Scientia): strengthening academic and conceptual knowledge.

Practical contribution (Praxis): demonstrable applicability in social, institutional, or technological contexts.

Recency and quality of references, with at least 90% of sources published within the last 5 to 10 years, formatted in APA 7th edition.

Academic writing clarity, coherence, and structural integrity of the manuscript.

Originality verification using iThenticate (recommended similarity index ≤10%).

Compliance with the Author Guidelines, including structured sections and analytical abstracts.

Final recommendation, based on academic observations: accept, revise, or reject.
