Implicaciones de la investigación sobre el emprendimiento social en tiempos de la COVID-19: un enfoque desde la gestión negocios

Resumen

Objetivo. Discutir, de forma teórica y práctica, el estado del arte del emprendimiento social durante la pandemia de la Covid-19 y sus implicaciones en la gestión sustentable de negocios, identificando los estudios relacionados y proponiendo nuevos enfoques de investigación.

Metodología. Mediante la revisión sistemática de literatura y de técnicas bibliométricas, se analiza la productividad académica de la disciplina durante los años 2020 al 2022.


Hallazgos. Se proponen nuevas líneas de investigación enfocadas a la administración sustentable del emprendimiento social, considerando la re definición del rol del emprendedor social, el papel de organismos sociales y gubernamentales, la influencia de los ecosistemas de emprendimiento social, así como la generación de metodologías para la identificación de nuevos participantes en el fenómeno del emprendimiento social.

Originalidad. Se analiza la productividad académica durante la reciente pandemia, derivando en nuevas preguntas por resolver, con implicaciones teóricas y prácticas para actualizar el entendimiento y gestión sustentable del emprendimiento social.

Conclusiones y limitaciones. La investigación deriva del análisis de criterios teóricos, lo que hace necesario analizar y validar las líneas sugeridas de forma empírica.
