Public Research Centers, as the central axis of innovation and education in Mexico

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to reflect on public research centers as changes in development within innovation in Mexico since its creation, and this has led to a closer relationship with the concept of education.
Methodology: For the review of the CPI's, a qualitative analysis is carried out on the specialized literature that the CPI's have in education and how the proposed research of these centers is focused on social impact.
Findings and originality: Little is said about the CPIs as generators of science and their impact in Mexico, which is why this research will deal in depth with the importance of education and has achieved economic and social development for Mexico.
Conclusions and limitations. The resources granted to the CPIs for the development of knowledge and training of human resources must be a constant to achieve the competitiveness of a country.
