Scientia et PRAXIS is a multidisciplinary, open-access scientific journal published by the Academia Mexicana de Investigación y Docencia en Innovación (AMIDI), a non-profit academic institution registered with the Registro Nacional de Instituciones y Empresas Científicas y Tecnológicas (RENIECYT-SECIHTI), under number 2200092. AMIDI was established in 2019 to bring together researchers and educators interested in developing, analyzing, and applying various approaches to innovation, as outlined in the OECD's Oslo Manual (2005; 2018).
The journal Scientia et PRAXIS was founded on January 1st, 2021, as an editorial initiative to systematically disseminate scientific knowledge. Its primary emphasis is on innovative proposals that support sustainable development from both theoretical and practical viewpoints.
Its mission is to serve as an academic publishing platform that promotes innovation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations in the 2030 Agenda. With a multidisciplinary focus, Scientia et PRAXIS invites scholars and researchers from various fields of scientific knowledge to submit original findings, methodological developments, case studies, critical essays, and applied research results that generate social, economic, educational, technological, and environmental impact.
Scientia et PRAXIS actively fosters academic reflection from a dual perspective: the theoretical (Scientia), through solid conceptual frameworks, and the practical (Praxis), through contextualized applications of knowledge, thereby building a bridge between academic production and its implementation in real-world settings.
